Policy of Indemnification

You agree to utilize any services and facilities provided by ServerUncle Hosting Solutions at your own risk. All assurances of merchantability and suitability for a particular purpose are expressly disclaimed by ServerUncle Hosting Solutions. ServerUncle Hosting Solutions will not be liable for any loss, loss of data, or other business damage, including special, incidental, consequential, or other damages. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, save, and hold ServerUncle Hosting Solutions harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees, made against ServerUncle Hosting Solutions, its agents, customers, officers, and employees, arising or resulting from any service provided, performed, or agreed to be performed, or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees, or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold ServerUncle Hosting Solutions harmless from any and all claims arising from any injury to person or property caused by any items sold or distributed in conjunction with ServerUncle Hosting Solutions' server.

For the benefit of its customers, ServerUncle Hosting Solutions maintains the right to intervene with any of the sites housed on its servers. Any material provided by the customer that infringes or is believed to infringe on a third party's proprietary rights Any defective products sold to customers from ServerUncle Hosting Solutions' server are considered a copyright violation. What constitutes a violation of this Policy will be determined solely by ServerUncle Hosting Solutions.

Billing

Depending on the plan, we bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually at this time. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, we will gladly return your money (The money-back-guaranteed day will be varied for some special offers; Also Domain Name registration fee is nonrefundable in all circumstances).

Whether it is Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card, At ServerUncle, are all accepted. We will set up your account for web hosting plans without charging you anything. Customers are advised to pay by credit card because it is the most convenient method of payment at this moment. There are no contract periods, however, your contract is automatically renewed for each subsequent month unless we are notified differently.

Late Payments

All accounts are billed on the basis of when they were originally activated. Your account will be suspended if you do not pay for service renewal within 5 days of deactivation. Your account will be canceled/terminated if you do not pay for service renewal within 30 days of deactivation. You will receive an email reminder 5 days before your account is deactivated.

Acceptable Use Policy

All of ServerUncle Hosting Solutions' services may only be used for legal reasons. It is illegal to transmit, store, or present any information, data, or material in violation of any United States federal, state, or local law. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, anything we deem threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets and other laws. The subscriber agrees to keep ServerUncle Hosting Solutions and its personnel free from any claims arising from the subscriber's or any other party's usage of the service. Our acceptable usage policy is enforced vigorously and consistently. Offending content or individuals are generally terminated from our network as soon as they are identified, but we will always let you know when and why this happens. On all ServerUncle Hosting Solutions servers, pornography is prohibited. Sites with sexually explicit or hardcore imagery and/or advertising are included.

Subscriber recognizes that the service supplied is of such a type that it can be disrupted for a variety of causes other than the company's carelessness and that damages arising from any interruption of service are difficult to quantify. As a result, the subscriber accepts that the firm is not liable for any losses resulting from factors beyond the company's direct and exclusive control.

Subscriber also recognizes that the company's liability for its own fault may not, in any case, exceed the rates paid by the subscriber for services during the period in question. The company will not be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss, or injury in any way.

Illegality Harassment, fraud, and trafficking in obscene material are all examples of unauthorized allocation or creating duplicate copies of copyrighted software or other data. Undesirable Content Certain sorts of content are not at all allowed on our network. We do not host any kind of content realated to pornography. Hacking, cracking, warez, and IRC-related content are not at all permitted. Software, audio, and video downloads are allowed to be hosted only if you are the writer and copyright owner of the content resources or you have a genuine right to allocate the assets further. Under no circumstances strictly, are accounts suspended because of content or AUP violations reimbursed.

Limitation of Liability

ServerUncle Hosting Solutions will not be liable for any claims for damages, including incidental and consequential damages, that may come as a result of ServerUncle Hosting Solutions servers going offline or unavailable for any reason. Furthermore, ServerUncle Hosting Solutions disclaims any and all claims for damages, including incidental and consequential damages, resulting from the destruction or deletion of any website from one of ServerUncle Hosting Solutions' servers. The damages are restricted to the instant termination of service.

Disclaimer

System unavailability, failures, or data loss are not the responsibility of ServerUncle Hosting Solutions. We cannot be held accountable for any estimated revenues that a client would have made if their site had worked properly. ServerUncle Hosting Solutions resells some of its services. As a result, some of the equipment, routing, software, and programming used by ServerUncle Hosting Solutions is not owned or produced by the company. Furthermore, ServerUncle Hosting Solutions is not responsible for how our clients' accounts are used. The account in question will be automatically deleted if any terms or conditions are not followed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any cause, with or without restitution, as ServerUncle Hosting Solutions deems appropriate. ServerUncle Hosting Solutions also has the right to amend any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer at any time without notice.
